Having just looked at their website, it looks like tickets for tribunes are now all sold-out. I recall someone saying last year that the event had gone from "too little" to "plain-stupid" prices.

Does anyone know the actual situation for this year?

Thanks

Tribunes were supposedly all sold out last year, yet on the day were half empty. However, you were not allowed to buy tickets for them on the day so they remained empty. The ticket only policy has been brought about by the safety Nazis deciding they were getting too overcrowded by selling tickets on the day, so made it pre book only and hiked the price dramatically. I have been going for 11 years and to the best of my knowledge there have never been any issues of any kind due to overcrowding. Certainly won't be now the tribunes are half empty. Well done safety Nazis!

I'm doing a track day at F le Compte on Saturday 20th weather permitting, so I'll be more than halfway there. Do you guys have any tips about parking (comingfrom north), timing, eating, buying tickets etc? Thanks in advance. Steve

You can buy your tickets on the day from a few kiosks around the town centre.
All restaurants and extra food stalls will be open.
There has been live bands playing on the Saturday evening around the town in past times.
Plenty of parking up top in the underground parking if you are early.
Free places along the streets in the lower part of town.
There is also a big open car park up top near the shopping area if you want to show off your ride.

Bring your own water and snacks in a cool bag if its hot.

The paddock is worth paying to walk about.

I am just back from Le vigeant after a 2 hour evening track session. The place is buzzing bikes all weekend camped out on the tarmac . Then over 50 cars on track tonight. First time i lost all brakes tonight(my fault). Got them back though. Spa in two weeks time! Happy days.

Previously you have been able to buy a paddock pass for €20. Is that still possible, or is it just standing room only? - if you can find any.
