Could do with some help from a French lady!
Discussion
Nothing weird - promise!
I sell clothes online & have been approved to sell on Amazon.fr
What I could do with knowing is how French women search for clothing sizes. Being on Amazon.fr the description is in French (thanks to google translate), but it's the sizing bit that's confusing.
I'll try to explain what I mean:-
When people buy clothes, they tend to browse by their size and type. So they'll look at all dresses in a size UK 12 for example. A UK Size 12 is the same size as a French Size 40, so would a woman search for a "robe noir 40" ?
Should I also put the UK size in the listing title?
Probably women specific on this - blokes just buy whatever they like the look of then either deny it doesn't fit or just stuff it in a drawer.
Merci,
Davo

Have a look at this site. It should give you an idea. http://www.laredoute.fr/achat-femme-robe.aspx?cate...
Also M&S have launched a clothing and home website in France in parallel with their new shops here. One would assume that they've done their research.
