Driving down to South of France in July & planning on a day in Monaco.
Is it feasible to drive around Monaco,taking in the F1 circuit at this time of year,or is a traffic jam all way around? Best to do early on Monday morning I guess?
Almost - you can't drive the whole circuit as part of it is one way (just in front of the Hotel de Paris). Watch the line in the tunnel too - there's usually a bus coming the other way
It's always busy, but early morning or late night is usually easier.
