I had the same problem 8 months ago! I tried in vane to contact them? I even tried the UK distributer which is no longer the distributer & they couldn't get a hold of Coyote!! Think the company is shut down as the laws in France have changed dramatically! It's a shame as it was a great way of keeping licence!!
The website suggests the system is still running.

I've tried the web site but it won't let me register the coyote and nobody is answering the phones.http://www.moncoyote.com/fr/products/pack-nouveau-...
There's a web forum for Coyote users which is fairly active (for instance, they have a 46-page thread about how crap/non-existent the after sales service is). They might be able to help; apparently a couple of people from the company do frequent the forum.
Certainly does look like Coyote is struggling, but I don't think it's dead yet. They were still running TV adverts last week.*
(* wonder if that's where the call centre/website maintenance budget went? If so, it doesn't exactly inspire confidence in the management...)
ETA : I've just looked at the various profiles here - what on earth do you people do? This thread must have the most impressive garage to post ratio on PH. Very well played chaps, and my apologies for bringing down the average :-)

The coyote has saved me £1000's on trips to the south, usually 5/6 times a year.
Hi all,
I have managed to renew (through the French website) just two weeks ago. I had received a reminder mail and the link directed me to the renewal facility. I was in France a month ago and the system was very much live and working ( managed to avoid 3 very nasty mobile traps).
I am back in the UK next week. Drop me a mail if you stil cannot manage to renew and I will guide you through the French site.

I now have the main Coyote tel number but its closed now for the night, so will try again tomorrow. TED191 is your Coyote registered in the UK or somewhere els?
