Apartment wanted to rent - 4 months

Hi all,

Me and my wife would like to rent an apartment in France.
We are thinking it should be smaller than 45 sq M. to keep the price down.
Probably starting 01 May 2013, for 4 months.

Not really too fussed where, but needs to be at the lower end of the rental market.

Unfurnished preferred.
