iPad Pay As You Go SIM

Looking to use a UK iPad in Doubs (25) so need a PAYG SIM for a network that has strong coverage in this departement. Can someone recommend a decent network that is good value - and where to buy the SIM.

Not overly sure about that particular region, but Orange tend to have good coverage of most of France.

Most major supermarkets (Leclerc, Carrefour etc) all stock them, or even Orange shops which are everywhere, including one in Besançon.

Easiest place to get top-ups (scratch card things) is from a Tabac, though don't think they sell the SIM itself.
