they are referring to my home city as "Fortress London" ?!?!?!

Jamie Oliver has now become a "National Food Hero" ?!?!

Only bit that did make me chuckle was that apparently Barak Obama has been told that he will meet the Queen for Tea good on ya Ma'am, keep them colonials in check!

Been a controlled explosion outside of the Bank of England this morning already.
They seem a little sensitive in the fortress.

Right then need to stop feeling sorry for myself and drag myself over to Suntec.
Not sure my liver or wallet could cope with living here. Yet to see that many down sides though.

I don't fully comprehend why they call it a fortress when certainly the enemy is within, i.e. the pollytishuns, etc!
