I certainly would:

Interesting story - seems this should be on the market already if it weren't for the greed of the pharmaceutical companies....

Well you could just eat naturally, and exercise regularly. 85% cocoa chocolate is readily available from the shops too.

Doesn't always work like that mate. I know a marathon runner who is at high risk of heart disease. It's frighteningly common.

I also have my doubts it will help the binbig full of yoghurt brigade due to their monstrous diet.

When I was at University there was talk about this. From what I remember Aspirin used to form a normal part of our diet but we selectively bred it out of our crops (probably because it tastes horrendous). Combined with other "safe" compounds it sounds good to me.

Always worth remembering the old pharmaceutical phrase though "you show me a drug with no side-effects and I'll show you one that doesn't work". Even Aspirin would never meet modern safety regulations.

I don't need to thanks. My diet is good and I exercise.

I also thought it was not a good idea to take beta blockers if you don't need them. They are a main ingredient of many anti-anxiety drugs and can affect your mood and even your personality. I also can't see how it is a good idea to take a diuretic that's not needed?

There are NO shortcuts to being healthy, but of course today's society is all about having without effort.

Yep, depending on exact circumstances. I've seen several older relatives pop their clogs due to heart attack, strokes etc in recent years.

But what doesn't?

Good point about the Beta blockers though. As I mentioned though components of it like Aspirin have been around since the dawn of man and used to form part of our diet so surely that gives some credibility to it?

I also don't think it's aimed at everybody... I must admit I wouldn't take it unless I was in a risk group.
