I have to (potentially) go to Penang on a business trip for 2 weeks.
My missus, as you can imagine, thinks this is great smile

Anyway, I offered to ring her from there so she could listen to the crickets (she grew up in guam)
"I won't be pleased", she says, "I'll be stuck in this sthole of a country"

Now while I agree that this is indeed a sthole, only having lived here 15 years, has she earned the right to call our sceptred isle, our jewel set in a silver sea, a sthole?

How long does it take to get complain privileges?

She is married to you, so she has permanent right to reside. Sh is therefore to all intents and purposes British.

Seeing as having a good whinge is third only to queueing and 'avin' a cup of tea in Britishness, it strikes me she's assimilated admirably.

Unless she's actually complaining in a language other than English. In which case shes a dirty no good foreigner who fk off 'ome toot sweet wink

As thoroughly British as a limp cucumber sandwich with a lukewarm cup of tea.

In fact so much in line with us, that she deserves her own PH Login.

Got a decent argument against any of those points? No, me neither.

If she's paid more into the system than she has taken out she has every right to state the obvious.

It depends on what she is complaining about. As a rule, if she's complaining it's too left wing then all is well, if she's comlaining it's too right wing she should go back to her own country.

Everyone is allowed to complain about the weather though.

I think she's slightly right of Hitler actually.

I have just looked up Guam, as its somewhere I knew nothing about.
It turns out Mrs Cazzer is some sort of American...... I'm not sure she is allowed to complain about anything, ever.

Yes, she has the right.

It is obtained 30 seconds from landing in the UK.

She's Half American/Half Japanese, I never did get to watch Pearl Harbour. smile

As for how much she cost, I did ask her to pretend to be a mail order bride to freak my mother out but she wouldn't play the game. (Nor would she sleep on a matress under the stairs) smile

Slight qualification of that, it's ok to be right of Hitler in terms of how much you hate Gordon Brown, and what nasty things you would like to see done to chavs and car theives. It's really not ok to go on about pushing people into gas chambers based on their race or religion, invade Poland, or to wear a Nazi uniform outside of the bedroom. So long as Mrs Mosely sticks to those rules then all is well.

Have you, um, got any pics of said mrs, you know, to help assess suitability for complaints.

Also, Guam you say. I googled that and it came up with a microscopic island in a sea of "sorry we do not have zoom at this magnification" or something. How the hell did you find her there ?
