I've a few ponds in there for the last year.

Nightmare if you have to ring them up as the call centre is poor, however all has been good (touch wood) and its fully backed by FSA not a passport scheme.

They have an internal mail system that works better for enquiries and some people had had problems opening an account.

Check the fitch rating. I'm happy enough, but don't stick more than 50k in.

They have a call centre in Newcastle and you can’t understand a word they say.

Never got through to Newcastle. A point I will make though is I couldn't get anywhere with them over a transaction that had seemed to be delayed. I then had a flash of inspiration and Googled "Indian Public holidays" and found out the bank was closed for two days.

Two days later all e-mails had been answered.
