Randon drugs tests for the population is not something I would support.

Why not randomly test drivers? You wouldn't want someone who uses drugs behind the wheel now would you?

So now people on benefits should be barred from legal drugs?

Maybe I am going to hell for this, but I think we should have this here. Why on earth would we be expected to pay for someone's habit? Why not expand this to everyone arrested? Sod 'em. The fact that the majority of crime is somehow linked to drugs anyway, a simple and easy way to reduce it? Obviously its not as simple as that, but getting bored of hearing of drug addicts smashing up yet another shop and then getting away with it....

Maybe we turn the Isle of Wight into a giant drug island and ship all of the addicts there. Close the door / port and wait for them to sort it out..... can only come back to the mainland when they have proven they are clean. Then they would just steal from each other.....

hehe

If we did this in the UK they'd end up getting an additional benifit so they didn't have to go out robbing for the cash to feed their habbit

For benefit claimants?

PH posters seem to need some kind of check FFS, this guy if off his brain!

Pass it in my direction mate!

Edit: Cheers, That's better, Hey man, no, put them in a spaceship, and don't let them back to earth until they're clean, man, no, land them on a Star, that'll do it.

Drugs tests are part of the T&Cs where I work - never heard of anyone in the IT Dept where I work being tested though
