French google is just google.fr

For getting translation, how much do you need done, and of what sort?

babelfish.altavista.com does it automatically, and will allow you to get the gist of it, even if it doesn't do a brilliant job. You can either paste text in, or it will also translate a web page for you if you paste in the url.

Alternatively, if it's not a vast amount of text, stick it up here and I'll do it for you.
