Building a new high speed national railway (maybe not the technical bits but certainly clearing and preparing the land)

A lot of the work that community service does is very good. I know there are some that don't toe the line and give it a bad name though...

For those people I would introduce litter picking, gardening, road/path maintenance, chewing gum and graffiti removal.

If the government really want me to recycle they can get (the bad)community service people round to go through my bins and sort it because I'm certainly not doing.
