If you were the boss, what would you change?

If you owned the business you currently work for what 3 things would you change?
My current company is pretty pants when it comes to it's employees. If I was boss I'd introduce...
1) Flexible working for ALL (not just mummy's with kids under 6!). Basically, as long as you do your 7.5 hrs a day you can work between 7am and 7pm.
2) No suits etc. My old company let it's staff wear whatever they like (within reason). Made the atmosphere in the office a lot more relaxed. Now I can wear jeans on a Friday. Woo f
king hoo. WHY? We don't have clients in the building. Why if we can wear jeans on a Friday can we not for the rest of the week?
3)You get your birthday off. Just 'coz really but it would be a nice touch.
4) Hotties only to be employed. Short skirts and low tops to be worn at ALL times

well the company i work for has close to half a million employees globally so if i were made the big boss the changes would all be to do with the ceo's new salary and perks!
on a local level:
1] bring all engineering work in house
2] stop our consulting arm charging for their non-services. we'd blow the competition dead if they didn't slap 5figures onto every contract for the priveledge of signing it.
3] bring back workwear for everyone bar our account managers. its an extra 10mins in bed if i don;t have to iron!
