Ok my cat is acting weird going around nose to floor smelling everthing, trying to climb shelfs but not being able to leap. He will just stand on his back legs.

They do that when bored, although the sniffing is a little different, maybe you have a mouse loose about your house

Perhaps he's trying to say your feet smell.

I reckon you've had a small(er) furry animal in there.

Last time my cat acted odd, the washing machine flooded the kitchen. Cause: mouse/teeth/drain hose.

Not been anywhere apart from work. Will have a hunt around for furry friends. Although they only really go out for a few hours when we get back from work and just run about the garden.

My cat is such a lazy fat git that "odd behaviour" constitutes "moving" or "not farting". biggrin

Sounds like typical rabbit behaviour to me.

Wormed it recently? Ours started doing that. Couldn't jump/leap. Had to drag himself up onto the couch. Complained when he was picked up. Turns out he had worms. Quick tablet and he was fine after a few days.

Could be trying to hold in a fart.

Do you victimise him when he trumps?

Otherwise its probably terminal. Best finish him off with a spade or hammer or something.

I picked up the cat last night and the fker let rip a three octave fart, dropped him fairly quickly and he just meowed and strolled off to the kitchen
