Have a client (in Australia) who is trying to rip us off by not paying commission. Im no wordsmith and would appreciate any help to make it flow better and get my feeling of contempt to this person. Ive got the legal preamble bits ok its just the not keeping his word/written contract with us that i need help with please. Somehting along the lines below:

Blah Blah;

I now hold you in utter contempt when before you had my respect. When there is little else that really matters in this world than what someone agrees to do, you have departed from being a man of his word to being simply a man with a worthless word.

We will see you or your solicitors in court.

Make sure you mention that their ancestors were obviously transported out there for stealing bread and that you're pleased that they are keeping their national heritage and culture alive and well. biggrin

I wouldn't bother.

If they are pricks, making the sales and ripping you off, they won't really give a toss.

Hit htem where it hurts - the wallet. Spend your time & energy gathering enough detail legal paperwork so you solicitors can get the job done.

Good luck
