I love surreal stuff, and that TV serial was a surreal as it gets. There should be more of such programmes made.

American Gothic was another one in the same vein (plus it featured the slurpicious Brenda Bakke)

Amazing that they were both made in the US.

They should make more stuff like those, and then tell me about them so I could watch a bit of TV now and then.

I remember it, though I confess I didn't watch as many episodes as I should have (my cup of tea this sort of show, so disappointed that I kept missing it). I think Andrew McCarthy was in it. Wasn't Stephen King involved with it?

i bought Kingdom Hospital on DVD years ago it was a brilliant story , it was even better once i worked out that there were mulpitle episodes on each dvd .. yup in a drunken state i watched the first episode on each DVD . damn i was confused.

American Gothic was cracking, I see the boy has gone on to star in a few films.
