I'm rapidly coming up to 20 years service at Rolls Royce for which we get £750 cash back for anything we want. You need to produce receipts to get the money.

I'm struggling to think of what to do or get. I have done the motoring days before and tank driving, have more guitars than I need and dont need anything new really.

I really want something memorable and that will not need changing after 2 years or wear out quickly.
Was looking into a Spitfire flight, but the few that are in the UK are not licensed to do flights for dosh.

So far best I can do is a fairly decent watch.
Failing that a high class lady of the night.

Any suggestions?

a Holiday? Whale Watching in Iceland type of thing as opposed to sun bathing on a beach.

I am in the same boat 20 yearas at Pilkington's, but they are tight bds as we only get £200. Currently I am thinking of getting £200 worth of beer as I can't think of anything else!!

If you work for RR Turbines.... they have a rather interesting connection with a couple of the Spitfires if I remeber correctly..

If you know who to talk to they might give you a flight in return for some donations to their cause.....

Those camshafts were mighty expensive when they ordered them from RR!!!

You do realise Kerry Katona doesn't actually shop there, don't you?

That's pretty awesome. I got a cheap metal tie pin in the shape of the HSBC logo for my 10 years service a while back. I actually keep it in my drawer just to remind me of how much value the company puts on it's staff. After 20 years, I believe you get a gold coloured one...

A ball and chain you could wear at work to remind yourself how you are shackled to the company?

Blimey that Fur Lined rut must be very deep and very furry on your site. Make sure they give you one of those cool Merlin Engine models - the ones that are made up of small dots in a block of acrylic - it's the least they can do.
