Probate - how long?
Discussion
Probate, almost sounds like innuendo.
Anyways, apparently I'm due a small windfall after the recent death of my grandmother. The aunt that is dealing with the will has said that my sister and me will be getting a cut of the remaining funds. Nice.
However the question is - how long can probate take? My nan had been in a home for years, property she had owned was sold many years earlier. The will clearly specifies how the proceeds will be split, so we're just waiting on the probate process. Which currently feels like waiting for uber slow drying paint to dry.
