Just had a call to say I can "upgrade".

I am on a discounted Flex 35 plan, and was wondering how far should I try and push things, seeing as have beena customer for ten years this time around.

I do appreciate that they prob are not that bothered...

ideas on a post card, seeing as i am not fully versed as the kids on the street with price plans! probably text more than call, although still require few hundred mins, and ideally a blackberry curve 8900.

They really won't be that bothered.

I was with Vodofone for 18 years before changing, and they offered next to feck all.

Best of luck though.

Length of stay doesnt seem to matter to them, they either see you as a 12 monther or a much nicer 18 monther in terms of what they can sell you next

Contrary to the other posters, I always manage to wrangle something out of them, threatened to leave and go to another provider for one of those free gift promotions and they analysed my current tarriff with what I actually used and suggested a better one, then knocked another fiver off that, plus they chucked in a Samsung Tocco for free.

I think they save the big guns for when you are about to leave, otherwise you get fobbed off with the regular offers.

Find a deal at another provider that you want. Then tell them they either beat that or you go to the other provider.
