Can you get hypnotised down the telephone ??

Saw a car advertised that I am interested in so sent the seller an email asking some questions. Rather than answering any he simply responded asking me to phone him and discuss which is fair enough to a point.

At the bottom of his email is a publishing company which says he is the director of. I've just searched the internet and its a publishing company that mainly deals in hypnosis.

Is this a new style of scam where I phone up and after a short while start giving him my bank details even though I know I shouldn't but just can't stop myself ??

Sounds like a nigerian money scam, possibly invovling voodoo

No. Hypnosis doesn't work like that.

I have a little knowledge of the techniques and used to use it on fellow students (with their consent) when I was at Uni.
