Whats the grumpiest hobbys people do

Fishin. What a bunch of misrable sour faced rod strokers.

Went for a walk today and there were a load of canal fishers casting their poles into the canal. Casusally tried to make conversation with a couple only to get conversation ending replies.

They probably do it in part because they like the peace and quiet. It is their time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and the incessant chattering and small talk of people they don't know...

The last thing a bloke fishing down the canal wants to hear is a request for an update on what's in his keep net, or a commentary on the weather, from random passers by.

Top tip; with regard to fishermen, only speak when you're spoken too.
