Morning All.

Do any of you know of any online gym logs. I want to track and monitor my progress on a couple of machine i have at home..

I have been using excel. I was hoping for something thats a little more complex.

such as.

" lord pikey.

Today you have eaten far to much and drank to much. another 30 minutes on the bike please and then get on the weights machine again"

Excel or if you haven't got that download openoffice for free.

Then make your own.

www.mapmyrun.com is very good for running and cycling, and I believe you can enter your gym sessions into your training log also.
