each country gets a bunch of credits to either use or sell to other countries. Poor nation sells a bunch of credits to a rich one thats used its credits. Rich one then gets to go ahead with project. Poor nation goes ahead with its own project anyway regardless of credits, what can be done? sue a 3rd world nation?

Its all a crock of st.

Works like this:

Al Gore sets up a Carbon Credits trading company.

Al Gore also has a huge mansion and uses a damn-site more energy than the average person.

However, this is not hypocritical at all in the slightest, not even a tiny little bit because he has bought Carbon Credits, from...(Boom-Boom-Tish) Yes, You guessed it; his own Carbon Credits company!

...The idea is that the money raised sellign Carbon Credits is spent on projects that plant trees etc.
