Priority Pass?

I have it and it has been useful.
I am a BA gold card holder, so use the BA/OW lounges the majority of the time but on the ocassions when I can't ( in seattle flying AA domestically springs to mind recently.... no AAdmirals club, and BA lounge in different terminal) it has been useful.
Granted the PP lounges arent exactly the standard of the concorde room at T5 , but its better than milling around the terminal or being a gate lice- at the very least it gives you somewhere to sit and chill out
My dad finds it more useful as he has no airline status whatsoever, so is very grateful that I gave him one of the passes-uses it all the time.
Bit of advice though: if you are planning on getting the top level priority pass which is £259, get the amex platinum charge card for £300/year, as you as the main amex cardholder get one full top level priority pass, and your first supplementary cardholder also gets one too so very good value. Both valid as long as you keep the amex- and the plat card itself also gives you BMI lounge access with flying with them- worth considering
Whether or not its worth the dough all depends on how much you fly and where from. There are no PP lounges in LHR T5 for example..

Good to escape the masses and (sometimes) find a more comfortable seat. Free nibbles/drinks. Often Wifi access. Unless you are travelling very often go for the pay-as-you go - about £15 a time. Or take out a Platinum Amex for £300 pa and get a PP card included. I've got a complimentary one given by Coutts Bank, as an account holder.
When travelling in Europe I fly economy and have found it really excellent. However, when travelling further afield I travel First or Business - and these tend to be nicer lounges than the Priority Pass ones. All in all though, I'd recommend them.
