02 Courtesy Calls

Does anyone listen to the drivel they have to say? I recently signed up for the 20 quid a month simplicity deal and keep calling me to see if I am happy etc. Perhaps I am grump or if it's because its almost 6 but I almost always hang up after 2 secs. It's also annoying because they are using headsets and for some reason don't say anything for a few seconds (think it's because their computer automatically dails from a list?)
