employment question

Mrs Racer has been offered a job, full time, employed (not contract or temp) and they have told her she doesn't get paid for sick leave............

is that allowed?

No company to my knowledge is obliged to give anyone full pay when on the sick.

She would get SSP, which amounts to feck all.
