Looksl like I will have to buy my currency at Terminal 3 at Heathrow.

Any ideas on the best places to go?

There are stack loads of currency places at T3. Your choice. All are a bit of a rip off and the rates are pretty much the same.

If you can, why not use a cash machine when you get to where you are going and draw out cash from there - often works out cheaper than exchanging it. But if you can, change it back at the same place as most offer free conversion back at the same rate.

Either way, its a bit of a rip off.
