City break in February - Where is warmish and good?

Looking to do a weekend city break during February at some point (outside of half-term) and just wondering where we could go that might be pleasantly warm? Was thinking Valencia, how warm would that be?
It would be a few mates looking for drink and a little culture.

Toulouse is a good call, I think Ryanair fly there. Will check that one out.

Barcelona.
Was there a few years ago in January and it was shorts and t shirts all day and a light jacket at night. Ate out al fresco in the evening, but needed the heat lamps after about 9 pm. Loads to do and see, especially if you have a cultural / architechtural bent. Picasso museum is one of the best in the world and the gaudi buildings are fantastic.
It's also cheap enough in terms of flights and flight time, and you can get a cheap decent hotel right in the city centre for about 70 quid a night B+B for both of you, not per head.

Ok, try Valetta in Malta. Warm, friendly, plenty to see, nice food, good diving. Still easy and cheap to get there.

I came back from Toulouse on Thursday this week. I usually go with work every month for a couple of days. Its a fantastic city, The Christmas markets will be in the Place du capitol (main square) in the next week or so. I can't fly direct from Manchester in the winter but you can get KLM via Amsterdam for about 225 pounds return. Other options are BA or Air France. The city is only a few miles away from the airport, a taxi to the square is 25 euro's or the bus which is every 20 minutes about 5 euros
