Seriously, what's the point in Tea and Coffee, they are expensive and offer no real nutritional value, why not just drink water?

I was at a conference and they seemed to be offering Tea/Coffee TWO fking times a day!

What's wrong with that? I'd still drink it if they offered me 10 cups of tea a day. It's good for you, and counts towards one of your five fruit and veg portions.

Probably.

It warms me up - that's the only reason I drink tea.

It's counter productive, a bit like smoking.

I don't think they offer enough nutrients to count as one fruit/veg portion.

But it seems to take people 30 mins to drink a cup of tea, I can drink a cup of water in less than a minute.

So? Amazingly, while a cup of tea/coffee is on my desk, I can do other things too.

I'm beginning to feel very sorry for the other people in that conference with you. . . . . .
