Friday finish time

Just being nosey really and wondering what time people get to finish on a Friday?

I work for a company that has so many different sectors but even so most people finish at 1230 where as i am unlucky and have to work till 4pm! Still i have my suspicions that may be earlier than some other unlucky people out there

But then, thats because I work in a shop P/T so all you office lot can come visit on the way home.

Realistically, when on my placement as a design engineer, 8-4.45 Mon Thurs and 8-12.30 Fridays.

Hmm, well I usually go to the pub at midday, spend a couple of hours there, go back to work until about 3:30, then go home.

6pm maybe a few minutes after depending weather or not i decide to answer the phone if it rings before i leave the office

Well on a working Friday it's 3.30pm... but I work a 9 day fortnight, and this is the "off" week

Although they are changing it to 12 and taking half hour off Thursday next year due to a merger with another site and combining times. Some people are outraged by this 1130 leave makes a big difference to commuting time.

With you on that one 100%. The last place I worked I would get in at least 45 mins earlier than the office we (thats when she could be arsed to turn up and didn't have 'flu-like symptons or was sucking the directors cock) who would then stay 30 mins late each night online shopping, yet always said how hard she worked and how its unfair she did so much unpaid overtime!
