Genuine question - who was your favourite parent when you were a child? It's a question I've been mulling for sometime.

If you have an obvious reason to like one over the other, eg your father abused you, or your mum ran out on you, then don't answer.

Defiantely my daddy. me and mum are far too alike and our tempurs clash big time and has resulted in a few MAJOR rows which have not ended nicely

Both about the same but for different reasons.

Mum for looking after us and always being there.
Dad for making huge Lego / Meccano models and general fun, but not very often being there.

Both fantastic for putting up with each other and then adding me into the equation!

...only took me 30 odd years to really appreciate that fact (although they both drive me round the bend when they put their mind to it!)
