Very annoying flatmate!!!
Discussion
Been lurking on this forum for a while now, and have finally decided to register.
Basically i'm at uni sharing a flat with three other guys, one of whom is a good mate of mine from home. Now this particular guy is a total f
king idiot. He's supposed to go to uni here too, but never goes to class and just seems to spend most of his nights going out and getting wasted, even by himself! A couple of weeks ago now, i noticed that a few clothes of mine had gone missing from my room and lowe and behold found them when i went snooping in his bedroom hidden right at the back of his wardrobe. When confronted about this, he denied it was him, saying he 'couldnt remember doing it'. Usual story. Anyway, not even an apology or anything. I should be able to leave stuff in my flat without worrying about things getting nabbed by my flatmate. The two other guys are also pretty sure he has been in at their rooms stealing change out of change jars that they have! So for a few weeks after no clothes went missing or anything I just assumed that was the end of it all.
However, I come back to my flat today after staying at my girlfriend's last night to find him sitting on the sofa in the living room saying he had gone out last night and got drunk. Nothing new in that. So i then go through to my room to find my alarm clock in my room gone missing along with my chest of drawers lying open. So instinctively, i go straight through to his room and find it, only to find a bracelet that i had bought for my girlfriend's forthcoming birthday also in his room along with a jacket of mine. Now, the bracelet was expensive and i had hid it in my room, so that if she was over she didnt see it etc. So how and why the f
k does it end up in his room.
So i go to question him about it and all i get was 'err it wasnt me'. Now does he honestly expect me not to notice when things like that just vanish from my room?!
Honestly at my wits end with this. I've completely had enough of it. Any ideas what i should do???

But seriously, lock your door, or even better booby trap it, you know, the old bucket on the door type stuff.
You could also teach him a rather more official lesson, setup a motion sensitive webcam in your room(cheap enough to buy), and then next time something goes missing call the old bill.
Even if you dont press charges it'll s
t him up.

Piss in his bed, s
t on his floor, spunk on his clothes.
To be honest any combination of those in any order would probably work!
t on his floor, spunk on his clothes....for something a bit more entertaining - does anyone have the link to the 'greased floor - flat mate' clip?
