Dear All,

As you may, or may not know, certain bodies are trying to reduce the impact of a Section 21 to 'protect the interests of consumers'. This type of notice is the only definitive way to get a tenant out.

We are therefore asking you to complete the petition on the link below as this ultimately affects our livelihood!!

It has been proposed by various bodies including the Citizens Advice Bureau that the law affecting Section 21 Notices should be changed so that automatic right of repossession is no longer guaranteed. This may mean that landlords are unable to gain vacant possession of their property.

The petition allows anyone interested in the lettings industry to register their protest against changes to Section 21 Notices.

Please visit the following link to sign the petition: http://www.netrent.co.uk/netrent_homev2/petition.a...

please join the petition

Also feel free to leave your comments about what you think of the proposed changes, wether for or against, and it doesnt matter if you are a landlord, letting agent, a tenant, or anything.

Kind Regards
Matt

What other options apart from violence will we be left with to remove dodgy tenants?

I feel that the system is way too biased towards tenants who now can be complete and utter arses. This is one of the reason i never went for the whole buy to let thing

I whole hartedly agree, especially if on benefits the council will do all they can to make you keep the tenant, i personally feel the rules/laws are far too relaxed.

Signed. I have no professional or self interest in this at all. But as a matter of principle, it cannot be right. At the end of a tenancy agreement, if you want to stay and renew, that's fine. But if the home owner has other plans, that's too bad, you will have to move on.

Those that view proper tea as theft.

Old joke.
