Fellow Slapheads! Well, I am nearly there anyway. Just out of interest wondering whether anyone has tried the Extra Strength formula. Did it have any effect? I am quite happy with my hair as is, but does this product actually work? I mean ffs no way do I want to wait 3-4 months (according to the FAQ!) before I see results and nothing sprouts. Also I have been balding for nearly 20 years so again doubt it will have any effect?

What say you?

My brother used it. Works a bit, but you have to keep using it because if you stop, the bit that has grown back falls out. Waste of time in my opinion, but then again I have never been bothered about having to shave my head. Lady B.J.W likes me shaven too, as opposed to having a receding hair line and a stupid monk patch.

Just asking. . .no harm in that eh?

Every few years I realise that there has been no progress or miracle cure. If someone was that insecure and desperate I guess they would go for the full Elton and get a transplant or similar.

Ya, my hair started receding when I was 18. I looked at this but decided that it was a bit half arsed. I shave mine all off with a razor now, far easier. If they ever develop a proper cure for MPB then I may look at it, but until then I'll stick to the Mach3.

What does amuse me is all my friends who mocked me then are now suffering hair loss in their late 20's. Thing is, it is really upsetting them. Revenge is sweet.

Sorry to be a hairbinger of doom, but I'm not sure these products always work as well as they are claimed.

tried it years ago ...didnt work ...so shaved my head to number 1 , was lucky that this coincided with shaved head not being a stigma and have not really lost the chance to pull girls because of it! smile (which , ay the end of the day is the most important reason for worrying about it ) Having said that , I would prefer to have hair if I had the choice , but am currently going out with a hottie who is 20 years younger than me , so dont worry about it mate ! (honestly)

I was 18 when my hair started falling out, can be a sensitive subject for some people, i was distraught when i started to lose mine if i am honest, an absolute confidence zapper, i was wondering what i could do to get my locks back, tried regaine and some other methods, but NOTHING works, i even went to a clinic (the one you see Shane Warne advertise) out of curiosity but basically all they wanted to do was stitch some hair into your scalp leaving it sore and open to the fact it might just come out again and charge you 5k for the pleasure and you have to have it done every other year!!

The shaved look does me a treat, i look younger now than i did 10 years ago, alternatively, shave ya pubes off and glue em to ya bonce!!
