I get similar numbers on my phone. it was a telemarketer. sometimes i get 13 digits appearing, sometimes I get two digits as if an extension, either way i always get a telemarketer when I answer it.

Comes up with something to do with selling Caribbean holidays.

Suggest not phoning back, not that I suspect you would, as such numbers can carry higher than standard callback charges.

I get this as well,it does my head in.Don't think there's a more irritating scenario than someone calling me,they say nothing at the end of the phone when i answer it,they leave an uncallable number, and, they don't leave a message! What's the point? This is happening about six times a day.
