Those clever chaps at Oxford have compiled what are the most annoying phrases in use today. Now, it being a Friday where energy is low, how about a game of Bingo? First person to reply on ths thread with the word "HOUSE!" wins a gold star. (There is no FPTC. Or rather, there is, but I'm keeping it)

With all due respect, I personally think you shouldn't of been so ironic with your replies.

Why is "absolutely" on the list? Is it if it's used in the wrong context?

Presumably because it is a long-winded way of saying 'yes'
Although I am guilty of that one.

Actual(ly). I actually think that 'actually' should be on the actual list because some people actually say 'actually' all the fking time, and it doesn't actually mean anything and actually drives me mad.

And I'm not being funny but what about 'literally'? It literally makes me explode with anger.
