Where will the UKP go against other currencies

Hello,

Now this 1,5% cut is upon us.

If one is being paid in USD, then I transfer money to my UK bank, will I expect better exchange rates.
What I mean is, will I get more UKP for my USD

Same question but I am paid partly in Norwegian Krone.
Did used to enjoy 9.85 Norwegian Krone buying me 1 UKP.
Then it slipped to 11.45 Norwegian Krone to buy a UKP.
It has since recovered to 10.55 Norwegian Krone to buy a UKP.
