Ok so it's a bit painful in places with the long delays but at least his heart's in the right place and I agree with what he says...

Made me hehe at the end though!

So that's what Steve Lamaq was on about on 6 music earlier... that really is pure gold. Not entirely sure what hip hop it was that encourged the youth to 'get involved'....

Obama sounds well educated, that little dizzy does not. I could not care less on the colour of the candidates for anything, only their education and grasp of real life.
Where I came from, as a child, I was used to having servants to look after me and my family. I do not see a problem with that. It meant that lower class families were paid good money to do a job, that would not have existed without my family. As a bonus for me, it meant as a child I had friends to play with in a foreign country, and learnt their language.
This may sound racist, but I can assure you it's not.

In the US lots of Hip Hop artistes stressed the importance of voting to appeal to the youth

A sample of his lyrics. He may sound thick but there's a decent brain in there.

[quote=Dizzee_Rascal_lyrics]
Here's something that I should've stressed early on
Don't go spending all your money till it's gone
Cause the tax man's gonna want his paper when it's due
And there's nobody above the tax man, especially you
And another thing, buy a house before you buy a car
Don't tell no one where you are, even better if you're far
Everybody knows you're a gangsta and that Porsche looks great
But do you really want it sitting on that council estate[/qoute]

Yeah, don't confuse his accent with his iq. Lots of people make the same mistake about American hip-hop artists. The point about the servants etc. - the word opportunity may mean very different things to you and the people your family employed (not that that's your fault or racist or anything like that).

On account of your choice of words and priviledged upbringing, is it also fair to assume that you are neither well educated nor have a grasp of real life?

A decent brain indeed, Mr Dylan Mills may not be prime minister material, but he is definately not stupid.....

I think he seems quite likeable, warm and genuine, which ranks him above 99% of Westminster in my book. Good on him I say.

I never liked him before, but I do now.
Straight guy DR.

Paxo looks a bit stilted, and comes across as trying to be hip.
Novelty value for Newsnight watchers, however DR actually is very lucid and positive, comes out on top.
