Anyone know where (or if) I can buy low energy light bulbs that can be used in a lighting circuit with dimmer switches ?

Have tried using ordinary low energy bulbs but they flicker and make an angry buzzing sound.

I found that if you leave one normal bulb, assuming you have a few on the same curcuit then you can dim the eco somewhat.
