Generally, a fundamental mistake in the wording of a contract or in the offer or acceptance details will either void the contract completely or the contract can be redifined properly with the errors removed and/or corrected.
It should be sorted without any major implications except for the relevant parties beefing up their staff monitoring and supervision.
