Anyone used carhireagency.com?

Hi folks
We have just booked our honeymoon to the states and now it's fallen me to rent us some wheels for the drive down from San Francisco, to LA and then on to Vegas. We will be flying from vegas so a one-way drop off is necessary.
Anyway, the above seem to be the cheapest place to get cars, after a few phone calls it seems my dreams of a 'stang are out the window as none of the big rental places will do a one-way with the stang/ convertibles.
Has anyone out there used them in the past? how was the service?
If anyone has any gems that might mean i can rent something interesting then pleeeease let me know. I'm struggling to convince mrs Eltax to spend the extra for a decent car, as "it's just a mode of transport"
