Well, the family really upset the establishment today...

Decided to take the day off, and Mrs Puggit and I, along with Puggit jnr (2 and a bit) and Puggette jnr (almost 6 months) took the train up to London to visit the Aquarium.

Tried to use the lift at Reading station to get from Platform 4 on to the overhead corridor - out of order. No problem, we wheeled the pram on to the escalators and then down the escalators on to Platform 5. We were publicly rollocked with a nice recorded message about using lifts.

Got to the Aquarium, and after a while Puggit jnr started getting antsy, so we found a quiet corner with seats and settled him down/topped him up with some juice and raisins. Soon a barely audible recording 'politely reminded' us that the consumption of food and beverages was not acceptable in the aquarium...

We looked out for an opportunity to make it a hat-trick of insubordination for the day, but none arose frown

Honestly, I feel like a hardened criminal!

I'd be tempted to try and discover activities for which they don't have pre-recorded announcements.

"Please be aware that spaffing into the lobster tanks is not permitted in this aquarium".

Record a message on your phone and using a small loud hailer, available from your local toy shop, return the favour.
