Another Sirius gem - the Led Zeppelin channel

[GavinPearson]

Apparently there will be a 24 hour Led Zep channel on soon - believe it is Sirius 12 with an XM equivalent.

Nice! I remember XM Led that they had a few months back, that was nice to listen to.

Reminds me that I need to add Howard Stern to the XM

Its funny how the UK, creators of classic rock (with the likes of Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath etc etc) have pretty much turned their back on it now. All you hear on the radio in the UK is prety much soul-2-Soul, rap crap, dance and other drivel. Yeah of course, there's keane , Coldplay and other whiny Brit-pop but no real successor to good old gritty classic rock.
I love that fact that over here theres plenty who pay homage to the great british classic rock greats, as well as catering for some American cheese (Kansas, boston, 38 Special, bad Company ) and modern grunge such as Green Day and Foo Fighters!
