Hotel suggestions Nr Berlin

Looking for some suggestions on places to stay.

I'm travelling by car to Polland for Christmas with my wife and two kids. I want to break the trip up and stay overnight somewhere near the A2 which runs under Berlin which is roughly half way.

I've found plenty of guest houses on the web which seem very nice but thought I'd ask for your suggestions.


Not looking to stay in roadside motels.
