I bought train tickets online yesterday from a supposedly reputable company to travel to London on Sunday. I booked at 09.30 and paid for a guaranteed service RM to arrive by 1pm today.
No bloody tickets! I have called the train line 3 times, each time been fobbed off, by 1pm, by 3pm, by 5pm! Track and trace says the package isn't even in the system!

They don't seem to understand in India that we can check with the RM and see where Spec del tickets are.
They can't issue tickets to a vendor because I don't have one within a reasonable driving distance. He wont re-issue tickets to be posted without me paying for ANOTHER set of tickets even though they don't issue refunds for 10 days and thats only if you send them the cancelled tickets back, which are bloody missing!
Feel like I'm banging my head on a brick wall.
weeping

Hopefully they'll show up tomorrow frown

Thanks for your attention, I needed to tell someone and the house is empty

This doesn't help you now, but I always use the 'collection point at station' option, as don't trust them to post in time. Very reliable so far!

I would have done but there isn't one locally, so I paid the extra £7.50 to have them delivered :sigh:
