Low life in cars!

Driving through the outskirts of Brum today and some scummer pulled out in front of me and continued along the road at a snails pace. Now people pulling out in front of you without any consideration is bad enough, but then to dawdle along not giving a toss is even worse, But then to top it all his Mrs/girlfriend whatever proceeds to launch their Mcdonalds drinks cartons and burger wrapping all over the carriageway.
Who do these people think is going to clear up after them, . If I where a copper I'd have chewed his balls and slapped his mrs..
