What the fk is wrong with some people? Surely adults shouldnt act like children in a professional office enviroment ffs..

Been asked to do something for a senior director, done it and told my director what I had done now I am stuck in the middle of a fking playground war. I did it in my own time and it was literally a 2 minute job (grab some files from an FTP) but now I have two grown men sat bickering about something which was done in the best interests of the company. The seem to forget we all work for the same bloody company, just one's nose has been put out as he could not be contacted last night to do it...

fking children the lot of them.............

Funny you should say that. I work in a college and its the most petulant and childish work environment I have ever worked in.

Someones nose is always out of joint.

As a very well respected MD of a huge company once told me.

"When dealing with people at work remember this. They're the same children in a different playground"

you should try working in a company employing 11 people with a flat management/seniority structure and one MD/owner who calls all the shots. everyone in the office toadying up to him and trying to curry favour gets wearing after a short while smile

I work in an office of two. If I'm being a tt I get called a tt. If he's being a tt he gets called a tt.
I have considered leaving, but I'm not sure Ican do the office politics thing anymore.

The only good thing about losing my job last month was getting away form the beeaaatch who would sg of anyone who would listen. Spent all her day on bet365.com and MSN and had the ability to suck up (of) the MD on a regular basis.

Guess, who the only person to keep the job was after everyone was made redundant scratchchin
