What's wrong with my Freeview?

Lately all my Channel 5, Fiver and Five US channels keep freezing every few seconds, then jumping to the next scene and sometimes just showing blank screens.

I had this problem a couple of months ago with the ITV stations, but they are all ok now and it's the suite of 'Five' channels that's affected.

Is it the weather, the transmitter or my aerial - which I've never replaced, but up to now it's been fine?

Gave up watching Police Interceptors last night because the 'freezing' got so bad, switched to Ch5 for CSI Miami and it was just the same...

I can't get the 'Five' channels at all - dunno if that helps or not.

Usually the problem you are having is weather influences

My freeview box keeps showing rubbish programmes.
