being thick - still can't post pictures
Discussion
You have to upload them somewhere.
www.flickr.com
http://ph.uncle-dave.co.uk/
www.photobucket.com (although I personally hate this one)
You can insert a pic direct from Facebook, but I'm not sure if you have to be logged in and a "friend" of the person posting the picture to see it. If you can see the picture below, it should be fine. Just right-click the picture and choose "copy image location", then paste it into your post between [ pic ] and [ /pic ] tags (without the spaces).

If they're on Facebook, they're on the Internet, presumably the Facebook server and you shouldn't need to re-upload them. Go the the image (the actual image as you want it to be displayed, not a thumbnail), right click and press 'properties'; the URL (Web address) should be displayed there. Copy it and paste it into the post.

Upload them somewhere. I use photobucket.
Sign upto photobucket, login, and upload whatever pictures you want to.
It also gives you provision to sort them into albums as I'm sure they all do.
So, once you've got the images uploaded, you should see 3 lines of code under each image. The bottom line with [IMG] tags is the one you want for here. Click it to copy, paste it into your reply and all being well you should have an image.
For images hosted elsewhere (as in found on google images etc) just copy the web address they're stored at (in firefox just right click the image and select copy image location. Put image tags at either end it looks like this:
[img] ....[/img] where the dots represent your image address (no spaces)
Sign upto photobucket, login, and upload whatever pictures you want to.

use [ pic ][ /pic ] (no spaces obviously) on here, its bit better
you should be able to post pictures from face book though, just right click the image and select "copy image location" then post it between the [ pic ] [ /pic ] tags,
quote this to see how I did it.
